Jared is not his "kids", and did hold an official title in the administration. So, yes, I count him.

It is interesting that his position was created for him, and was abolished when Trump left office. As an official title, it never existed before, and does not exist now.

IMHO, his position was a way to funnel money to him from the federal coffers. Plus his questionable ethics in getting investments (as you mentioned). To my knowledge he is not being investigated, but I don't think he's getting any special consideration either (i.e. by the DOJ). So if they have nothing to go after him about, so be it.

I wouldn't want him getting anywhere near a government position ever again.
