The man is truly losing it.

President Trump could be deaf, mute and blind and still be a better President than senile,
disorientated old man Biden. “Robert Hur, a special counsel, opined that Biden's memory had "significant limitations" He also cited Biden's memory as a factor, concluding that "Biden would likely present himself to a jury ... as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."[20][21][22]
