letter had update on clarios acq. as a case study.
instead of only touting success, i would get more conviction if brookfield lay out how challenges are being handled.
in this case, longterm critical battery minerals ; processing depends ~100% on china, and outsourcing huge environmental damage (e.g., nickel in indonesia).
