1. The was no crime, the teen was not arrested or charged.

2. There's no 'evidence' if there's no crime.

3. His phone was not 'lawfully confiscated'.

4. The agents are not LEOs.

5. The phone was not 'likely' deemed abandoned property. It was stolen.

6. Federal officials do not get to put stolen items up for sale.

Seriously, why don't you people have this guy on ignore?
