...when he repeatedly claimed as a candidate that he would have the Russia-Ukraine war solved within 24 hours — and before he even took office.

“Well, I was being a little bit sarcastic when I said that,” Trump said in a clip released ahead of the episode airing Sunday. “What I really mean is I’d like to get it settled and, I’ll, I think, I think I’ll be successful.”

Umm, no. Trump repeatedly said during the presidential campaign that he would end the war and he was the only one who could do it and he'd have it done in 24-hours from election day... and we're 55 days into his second term.

So, not "sarcastic" but yet another flat out lie.

Although King Donald is giving every possible concession to Putin and continues to knee-cap Ukraine at every opportunity... without success.
