"Trump to create religious office in White House, to target anti-Christian bias."

Not sure how legal this is, or isn't. As stated, it's not establishing a state religion. It's preventing discrimination against a religion. I suspect that is how they would defend it in court.

It's still BS, but the phrasing implies to me that they anticipated legal action.
