There is a “hold harmless” provision (google it for a better explanation) that limits your Medicare Part B increase to the Sec Sec benefit increase. But that provision only applies to the base Part B premium, not to Part D or to IRMMA additions.

My suspicion is that you are subject to IRMMA, so that your total Medicare premiums went up more than your Sec Sec benefit.

You didn’t mention any federal income tax withholding. That may also impact your net check.
