Yep, she at least is open about it --- how many White Liberals feel like they are on top of hte totem pole, and *they* dole out morsels to those they wish to have dominion over.

Prety much. It's called the "Savior complex" and it's one of the most subtle and pernicious examples of bigotry there is. The left is shot full of it. They ditched their Klan outfits in the 1960's when they realized there were votes to be had by making minorities dependent on the state.
