An atty licensed in FLA would be sanctioned by -- https://www.floridabar.org/ --correct?

Do you have any sense of their partisanship?

Most disciplinary sanctions (outside of a specific court proceeding) would be imposed by the Florida Supreme Court, not the bar. The bar has the ability to impose a lot of minor and/or routine sanctions, and would be the body that would initiate and prosecute the sanctions request - but something like having your ticket pulled for misconduct would be ultimately decided by the Court. All current members of the Florida Supreme Court were appointed by either Ron de Santis (4) or Charlie Crist back when he was a republican (3).
