You don't even have to be a state actor to do it. An individual was some moderate assets (like almost anyone on this board) could probably put together 100 drones. If that individual had access to explosives (or know-how to make them), and a bit of tech for targeting...wow. = 1pg

Yep, that excellent article by WTH laid this out in terms of naval strategy.

Maybe some of the thousands of young single Chinese men streaming across our southern border are here to take up this craft, quietly of course, like that Chinese bio lab that was discovered in a warehouse in what was it, Los Angeles??
