We need some context:

"Exceptions (Rare): If a client is actively involving the lawyer in a new or future crime, the crime-fraud exception to privilege might apply, but this typically requires a court to determine, not the lawyer's unilateral choice."

We know they're after Jack Smith, and that it had to do with Trump's violations of national security with Tops Secret documents, but we still need to see the context. Doesn't look promising though.
