BMHUntil some actual text is placed on the table, we can't really assess what is being proposed much less who to blame for it, but keep in mind hidden agenda's cut both ways.


Both sides are anticipating it will be killed and are already laying the foundations to blame the other side. Now that's statesmanship!

There you go with your "both sides" bunk, after Lindsey Graham speaks out about not killing it and Trump is definitely killing it. One way for it to be killed is by not coming to a textual agreement, which is being done, and the Repubs have spoken out very clearly that it's Trumpolina who is killing it.

Trump killed it for a campaign issue.
