Here's a link to the full speech, but the comment is delivered like a joke. Joking about soldiers' deaths and sexual assault is appalling. Comparing a televised debate to combat is narcissistic, as Trump has no idea what combat is like. Sounds like a made-up story. Has any general come forward to claim their role? If an acting General made such a comment, they would surely lose the confidence of those serving in the military and many civilians as well.
