Bidenomics continues to work.

1. Gas prices are averaging below $3/gal in 11 states. I can get gas below $3.09/gal in NJ.

2. Rents are cheaper in 50 US cities than a year ago. For example, rents are down nearly 6% in Phoenix and Austin compared to last year.
