At the risk of repeating myself, I’m going to repeat myself. This is from post #62947 on this thread:

The individual who pulled the trigger is the person at fault and should bear the full brunt of the law for the horrible crime he committed.
Trump also bears responsibility for abusing his power and assigning military troops to patrol cities when it was never requested. It was done for pure political show. It was a stupid decision, and still is. This is just proof that Trump is incapable of thinking 3 nanoseconds ahead about the consequences of his actions, nor does he care about anyone except himself.
