Weird. There's already a bunker under the White House. Nuke-proof, I believe. Though details are understandably scant.

I don't normally wish ill, but let's hope the same outcome befalls this bunker-resident as befell Adolf. Except I don't think the Felon has the courage to do that. He is, at his core, a coward.**
