That doesn't contradict my statement. That they are allowing some flow now doesn't mean that didn't, or can't, shut off flow in the past or future.
This board's collective opinion is that Iran is more or less a superpower capable of shutting the strait down. The prediction isn't working in the face of the data.
Meanwhile, Iran is under a blockade and their oil isn't going out. Sooner or later they're going to run out of storage space...and then the real fun begins: they'll have to start shutting down their wells...and they'll have no end of problems in restarting them.
