FFO gain was as I mentioned earlier 100% certain to be within the acceptable range. When you glance at the FFO calculation you gotta be entertained by the size of this and that relative to the size of this and that, and what's added back to the FFO outcome because it doesn't count...and again the size of it relative to the size of what is counted. Inevitable change, change needed of course for the range within the required range.

Next quarter will be the same.
