That's not a change at all. He said all that from the git go while also saying they were imagining about the gang because it didn't agree with the police intelligence. I also told you the two councilmen and Mayor claimed that an apartment complex shut down for Health and safety violations six months ago was shut down due to gang activity. Neither claim appears to be true, but if you need help taken a building back, we got your 6.
