This appears to be happening in federal cases (Jack Smith’s case) and at the Supreme Court (with the total immunity claim).

In Judge Cannon’s case, she is clearly on a path to delay, delay, delay, and then have the case thrown out. It’s much more diabolical than inexperience.

And the Supreme Court has taken months without a decision on Trump’s total immunity claim, running the clock out.

The right cries deep state, while ignoring the obvious benefits they reap from it. As usual, when the right accuses their opponents of a wrong, it is usually a confession.

Disapproval of the SCOTUS is at record highs, not the sign of a healthy democracy.
