The ICC has no jurisdiction over the United States, which was not a signatory to the treaty which formed it.

This is true. The "exceptional" nation ignores several international treaties.

Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties: This convention governs treaties between states, and the U.S. signed it in 1970 but has not ratified it.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: This treaty has been signed by the US but not ratified.

American Convention on Human Rights: The US signed this convention but has not ratified it.

Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty: The US signed this treaty but has not ratified it
