Yes, change happens, it's going to be changing, but not much in our life times. It's trivial. You let yourself get directed, manipulated because you are afraid. Do you think someone transitioning hurts you? Exactly how does it hurt you? It doesn't. Sure you can contrive a hurt if you so desire, but I think you hurt yourself more by thinking you are separate, detached somehow.
