kim has supposedly offered N.Koreans manpower to 'help' in europe adjacent to any arms trade and manufacturing.

Reuters: "And I want to reaffirm that we will unconditionally and unwaveringly support all of Russia's policies," Kim told Putin.

North Korea "expresses full support and solidarity to the Russian government, army and people in carrying out a special military operation in Ukraine to protect sovereignty, security interests, as well as territorial integrity", he said."

NK army in Europe? The EU might not appreciate that.

It would be a huge boon for NK to have a few divisions of the NK army fed, quartered, driled and seasoned in combat by a European nation.

"North Korea has won political backing and promises of economic support and trade from Moscow."

How much economic support can Russia give NK? One would think Russia was stretched pretty thin.
