Dope1's argument was that the tires were straight and therefore, seeing them, Jonathan Ross feared for his life. But Ross's own video recording shows that he was not looking at the tires but straight at Renee Good, whose hands were immediately turning the wheel away from Ross as she attempted to drive away.
You can even see Ross hand switch his phone, freeing up his right hand to upholster his weapon before he reaches the front of the car.
Now, Ross could have just let her leave and ICE agents could have followed her to her home and arrested her if they felt an arrest was warranted but, no... he murdered her instead.
