That is not the case, and the Mexican government has registered complaints with Washington for at least the past fifteen years about the opposite—U.S. guns ending up in the hands of cartels. - Bill

US Guns did flow to Mexico for sure in the ill conceived Operation Wide Receiver and later Fast and Furious programs ran by the ATF. The "gun-walking" as they called it started under George Bush the lesser, and later Eric Holder was accused of a cover-up or some such, it has been a long time.

I don't care for lawsuits against manufactures who produce a lawful product being held liable for actions by third parties after the fact.
