Shouldn't that be 100 million depredations?

Well, the regime needs to invent some excuse to revoke citizenship. They can't say "because they are aren't white". The AG has defined "failing to assimilate" as a crime, so, if they continue to wear traditional dress, or speak their native language, when at home, there's that.

...actually, "because they aren't white" may play with the base.
