The lower economic classes are being led (by the nose) on culture issues: trans rights, gay rights, no Bible in school, and other heartland nonsense. - Goofy.

Still not getting it!

The lower economic classes are being led on culture issues: such as rampant crime, cost of living, government assistance being diverted to immigrants, overcrowding in schools and hospitals, etc that sort of heartland nonsense.
