In an article in Politico, justice Kavanaugh said that the reason the supreme court is using cryptic shadow docket orders is because "five" of them can't "reach a consensus or a compromise on a particular issue that might be difficult."

Um, what now?

Jeebus, if five justices cannot reach consensus, then how in the world can that order be precedential?

Kids, don't get falling down drunk every weekend in college -- those little grey cells don't like it.

Unless you have a president who'll get the FBI to ignore sexual allegations against you when you were falling down drunk, then, sure, binge away.
