But they are losing their children. The latest Pew studies have indicated a continuous drop in religion for a couple of decades now. The Catholics are closing churches all the time for lack of attendance. The young are eschewing religion outright.

They are dying off. In another generation or two, religion will be like it is in much of Europe.
