BTW, the US Gov finally made a good move and is supporting a company that partnered with Lynas because Lynas has the IP and scientific technical know how to process the Texas deposits and is Australian. Can Trump alienate the Australians - you betcha - let's see if he wants to annex the outback.

How important is the tech knowledge? Well, we backed Mountain Pass that built a processing plant in California. Nutshell - we send the RE to China for processing because the plant doesn't seem to do the job. We let China own part of Mountain Pass Co also. It looks like you really need to pay attention to the tech side, the salesman side - not so much.
