I'm not sure about other locations and systems, but for me stockcharts no longer gives a graph unless you disable your ad blocker, and yahoo Finance no longer a download button at all. (it disappeared from the S&P index a while back, but is apparently now gone from all stocks)

And in one of my browsers, the stockcharts "allow cookies" page locks the screen - the "manage preferences" button does nothing, the "decline" button does nothing, and (more surprisingly) the "accept" button also does nothing, so it just sits there. Bog standard Chrome installation, no plugins, though not quite up to date version.

I have found a workaround for the price downloads--at the bottom of the Yahoo Finance home page there is a button to go back to the Yahoo classic interface, which brings back the download button on stock history pages. But I don't know how long that will be available.
