Maybe the question is whether the Felon is the lesser of two evils? Seems like many people think so (outside of his rabid base).

Yes. Voters right now do not particularly prefer the Democrats on issues relating to the economy, crime, immigration, and other matters. They don't necessarily like what Trump is doing, but they wouldn't prefer that the Democrats be in charge instead.
