Anyway, for Americans who have been regulated by the SEC, NASDAQ, and state security regulator's, IF I was aggressively trading a stock , I wouldn't have private three hours meetings with its CEO etc. If you have never dealt with the American securities regulator's you might not get it, and that's fine.
