JUST IN; ACECO Engineering & Construction, the firm in charge of the White House East Wing demolition, has called out President Donald Trump over unpaid balances for their services in demolishing the historic building. 1/2

Recent social media posts and news reports from early November 2025 indicate that
ACECO Engineering & Construction has publicly claimed that President Donald Trump has not fully compensated them for their services related to the demolition of the White House East Wing.
According to these reports:

~ACECO, a Maryland-based demolition company, was involved in the demolition of a portion of the White House East Wing to make way for a privately funded ballroom.
~On November 4, 2025, various social media accounts and an online report from usamidia.com claimed that ACECO called out President Trump over unpaid balances.
~The news led to significant public and social media reaction, largely referencing Trump's historical reputation for not paying contractors and other workers.
~Amid the public backlash surrounding the East Wing project, ACECO's website was temporarily taken down and its online presence severely limited.

It is important to note that these are recent claims, and it is a developing story. The specific details regarding the status of a potential lawsuit or settlement have not been widely reported as of November 5, 2025.

And here they were thinking what a fantastic business man he was. ...

When I was a kid, my mom worked for a small manufacturing company. She did the billings and administered which customers were granted credit. Most were allowed to 30 days to pay. First time customers or those with iffy credit histories were required to pay COD, cash on delivery. For them checks were accepted. The company didn't want drivers carrying actual cash. Then there were the companies that had bounced a check or were unreliable - they were COO, cash on order. The company wouldn't start working on the order without cash, dead presidents not a check, in hand paid in full.

Given Trump's history of cheating I cannot understand why any company would not put him or anything he is connected to, USA included, on a COO list.

As said before, I had several bosses like Trump, over the years. They would promise me great things in the future, if I gave them what they wanted now, which was always at my expense. Of course, when "future" came, they always had an excuse why they couldn't deliver, but now they had another ask. If you implied you weren't going to fall for their con again, they brought the hammer and beat on you until you submitted, or went away, so they could con someone else.

I forget if it was in "All The President's Men" or "The Palace Guard", that talks about "the Stans shakedown cruise". Maurice Stans, former Sec Commerce, was head of fundraising for CREEP. He went around the country demanding huge, under the table, campaign "donations" from companies that had government contracts, with the threat to see to it they never got another government contract, unless they paid up.

That's the life of a Prole: constantly being conned, and, if he resists the con, the tactics change to outright extortion.

Steve

I wonder who signed the demo contract for the White House?

Has it been 30 days? Given Felon47s reputation for screwing contractors, were it me, I'd have demanded the bulk of the estimate up front and the balance in an escrow account.

I would imagine the demo company has a legal contract and can sue the GSA or whatever .gov agency signed for the job.

We've demolished a lotta stuff. Vessels, docks, moorings... The days of towing something offshore and scuttling/dumping it are long gone.

City/County/State... sign, work pay. We always gave a fixed price and it usually elicited a gasp from the private client. And, no, a private party cannot pay after we've completed the demo. Read, sign, pay. No sign, no pay, no work.
