The Gestapo was created, a month after the repressed and manipulated March elections, by Hermann Göring in 1933 by combining the various political police agencies of Prussia into one organization. Göring detached the political and intelligence sections from the police and filled their ranks with Nazis. On 26 April 1933, Göring merged the two units as the Geheime Staatspolizei, which was abbreviated to the "Gestapo".
Göring took over the Gestapo in 1934 and urged Hitler to extend the agency's authority throughout Germany. This represented a radical departure from German tradition, which held that law enforcement was (mostly) a state and local matter.
It’s almost like Miller and crew studied the Nazis closely and are attempting to implement their strategy of seizing and controlling the state apparatus. ICE stands in opposition to state and local policing authority, is being staffed with J6ers, proud boys, and fascist fan boys, and is increasingly claiming extra judicial and extraconstitutional policing powers.
The fascist state is under active construction. Shall we continue polite debate with its architects and their faithful while we lose our constitutional rights? Remember, the courts have ruled that your rights only exist if they are actively asserted in the face of their violation by the state. The violence necessary to defend the constitution has already begun with the execution of Goode, Pretti and others.
