Good. No state taxes. Rates better than savings accounts. Liquid unlike underlying FRNs of 2 year maturity. 0-ish duration.

XHLF and XONE also seem to be good alternatives to savings accounts. And their expense ratio is 0.03%, far lower than 0.15% of TFLO. With such a low duration they should not fall by much if the interest rates rise.

Why would one invest in this instead of T-bills? "Set it and forget it"?

As I get older, I can see how something like that would work to cut down on mistakes and such.
