(I've been hearing this bandied about lately...)
A possible way to give Trump a third term despite the Constitutional two term limit: get a GOP Prez and Veep elected in 2028, nominate and install Trump as Speaker of the House, and then have the Prez and Veep resign "to spend more time with family". Voila! Trump 3.0!
Does this manage to bypass the Constitution?

Trump Raises Third-Term Bid Again
What Happened: Trump again floated a third-term run, prompting chants of “Four more years!” This follows dictator-like rhetoric and a House resolution by Rep. Andy Ogles proposing a constitutional amendment for three presidential terms. Bannon echoed the call at CPAC, mirroring Russian tactics of rewriting the Constitution to extend Putin’s power.
Why It Matters: Trump's push for a third term is a direct assault on democratic safeguards. They are attempting to pave the way for dismantling constitutional limits, consolidating power—echoing tactics used by dictators.

At *very* least he's have to give Israel, Liberals, and NeoCons a massive Iran War.
Because if he *actually* screws with Defense and CIA - ---- JD will be President well before 2028.

No.
Just like when Henry Kissinger was Secretary of State, he would be ineligible and bypassed.

But what part of the 22nd amendment would it violate?
Section 1
A. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice,
B. and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
Certainly not (A.) since Trump becoming Prez while Speaker would not mean he was elected.
And (B.) doesn't seem to apply either since Trump would not have previouslt "held or acted as Prez for more than two years of someone else's term". And again, he would not be being "elected" in this case either.
