Before coffee math: Blacks are underrepresented by 18.4%. Whites are overrepresented by 24.9%.

From BMH's data (unchecked):

Airline workers:
48.1% White, 15.1% Black

Population at large:
White: 60.1%, Black: 12.2%

So, 15.1 > 12.2 implies blacks are overrepresented in the Airline industry,
and 48.1 < 60.1 implies whites are underrepresented.

(Unless I'm missing the point entirely.)

Local News report this AM concerning the need to increase diversity in the airline industry.
among the Airline Pilot and “Front line” workers, where the racial breakdown currently is:

- 48.1% White
- 18.2% Hispanic
- 15.1% Black
...
Meanwhile, Google reports this population breakdown as of Dec 2020:

- White: 60.1% (Non-Hispanic)
- Hispanic: 18.5%
- Black: 12.2%
