Warrants have anti dilution adjustment provisions which can lower exercise price or increase number of shares.

So far none have been triggered. This is a voluntary adjustment. I wonder if any of the anti dilution provisions will be triggered between now and Aug 2027 which could lower exercise price.

Also will this have any effect on warrants Berkshire owns which have their own separate anti dilution provisions. Will OXY be forced to redeem them proportionally?
