Mungofitch dismissed it as a conspiracy theory.
Truth hurts

A powerful man slept with a prostitute? OMG, unreal, never saw that before.
Yeah, that was yawning sarcasm. Everyone already knows Gates cheated on his wife. That is old news. Mungofitch called your other nuttiness a conspiracy.

I wasn't minimizing it. I pointed out it happened. I just put it in context.
You have been claiming definitive proof of underage girls for years and have been continually wrong. When are you going to be sick and tired of looking silly?

Good point. I was just thinking that I can't recall anyone who retired before the age 95 unless they were forced out or trying to avoid a scandal. Thanks for reading Twitter so we don't have to.

Most of us know that Buffett is very non-confrontational. He should have severed ALL ties with Gates many years ago, but he didn't. In his mind, removing the Gates F from his gifting, after he passes was enough punishment. 75-100 billion is serious punishment. They were very close hence this must have broken Buffett's heart.

Ron L Olson retired at 83 because of the new board policy. The reason was a new corporate governance policy adopted by Berkshire Hathaway's board in 2024 (announced in the 2025 proxy statement). This policy states that a director is no longer eligible for reelection after their 80th birthday

You may be seeing things that are not there, to fit a preconceived notion or bias. When did Buffett ever say he'd donate to the Gates Foundation after his death? In Buffett's June 26, 2006, letter to Mr. and Mrs. William H. Gates III, he wrote the following:
Dear Bill and Melinda:
I greatly admire what the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (“BMG”) is accomplishing and want to materially expand its future capabilities. Accordingly, by this letter, I am irrevocably committing to make annual gifts of Berkshire Hathaway “B” shares throughout my lifetime for the benefit of BMG.
In June 2024, Buffett reiterated to the Wall Street Journal, "The Gates Foundation has no money coming after my death."

I'm sure you don't realize it but if Buffett isn't disappointed in many of the choices Gates has made in his life, that's even worse! PLUS, it's very clear Buffett wasn't happy about the overhead at the Gates Foundation, to be kind. Some of you love Buffett even more than loyal trumper love trump, it isn't healthy.
IF, I was convinced Buffett isn't disappointed in Bill I would sell it all on the open and pay the tax.

Charlie, 10 posts about that. You risk that the very people you want to reach simply won´t be able to see your posts anymore (ignore button). So in your own interest you should have a long pause with this theme.

You still are clueless as to the magnitude and severity of the situation. I pointed it out 2 years ago and was ridiculed. Now obvious to understand. Have to be dense to minimize it after the revelations the Gates tried to "slip" his wife antibiotics to protect her from his STD's.

wrt this issue and all your excitement & speculation, I’d take Warren’s advice:
"Take the high road; it's far less crowded"-Buffett

In this case I’d vote for “take any road”, and take it far.

" Melinda turning on Bill now:"
good morning, the time for Buffett to sever all ties with Bill was in 2019, Buffett didn't, it's very unlikely he will now. Buffett's personality isn't going to change, in his mid 90s.

Charlie, you may be absolutely correct regarding Gates --- but it doesn´t matter in the context you put it (Warren´s reputation).
Admittedly because of what Melinda said (which I found thanks to you!), there might indeed be strong evidence for Billyboys wrongdoing (Evidence, not proof!). But
a) This does not change in the least that for me Gates is one of humankinds greatest benefactors (not because of, arrgghh, Microsoft; but because of his foundation). One should always differentiate between a man and his works. E.g. in Yoga there were many scandals about famous teachers exposed who abused their power to sexually exploit students. Does their personal failures diminish in any way their teaching? Not for me.
b) Your point that it damages Warren´s reputation is wrong. For that it would be required that there is proof of Warren himself having had contact with Epstein after he was exposed.
c) Let´s assume for a moment you are right and it would damage Warren´s reputation: Unfortunately Warren´s reputation for what he built, for Berkshire Hathaway, is not of big concern any more, therefore it´s the wrong board. Find something that links Abel with Epstein and we listen.

For the record, your stupidity is literally helping little children die for no reason. Please do better.
Gates was a horrible husband. No doubt. How this reflects on Buffett is still unsaid in your nuttiness.
But there can be absolutely no doubt that Gates greatly benefitted mankind through his foundation work in helping eradicate certain diseases. Your nuttiness does not change that.
