I also credit Biden's Reagan-Bush- Trump tax policies and not "raising taxes on the rich" leaving their class-warrior-but-realy-corporatist supporters to whimper about a 15% tax that didn't hit the economy in critical mass yet and that many of their corporate gods can wiggle out of anyway.
