Remember: Spankee was the one who ALLOWED the snow to damage the US so severely. All he had to do was use his Sharpee to MOVE THE SNOW OUT OF THE US. He *chose* to NOT do so. I don't say so--he proved he COULD do it (per him) with the hurricane in the SE US some years ago.
Therefore, Spankee is personally responsible for all damage, delays, etc--and shall be required to PAY BILLIONS OF US $$$ IN DAMAGES due to his failure to prevent the damage.
