There were several armed ICE agents kneeling on him when one agent removed the gun (legally carried) from his pocket and then removed the gun from the scene. After the gun was removed from the scene, ICE agents killed him, including several shots in the back. The only thing Alex Pretti held in his hand was a phone.
There was no excuse to kill him.

I’m all for restricting concealed (and open) carry, but unfortunately, we seem to have a Supreme Court that says Americans should have the right to carry weapons wherever they damned well please. That being the case, Alex Pretti was within his rights to carry a concealed weapon, and he had permission from the state to do so.
A long time ago, I made the decision NEVER to carry a gun- for exactly the reason that played out yesterday, as well as for a host of other reasons.
Am I against guns? Nope. I’ve owned them, been around them and used them all of my life.

Look, watch the videos. It looks like the ICE that took the gun off Pretti had an accidental discharge with Pretti's P320. P320s are known to have this problem. (I can't see his hand move, but you could hear the discharge.) This seemed to precipitate all the firing. There is also a report that someone yelled, "Gun, gun, gun", at around that time, but I can't hear it. Your speculation is uninformed and made up.
