President Bill Clinton was WTO for China and PNTR for China.

As far as praise for XI....it's called diplomacy. On one hand the Liberals whined "Bush! Cowboy Rhetoric!" but now they don't like if Trump - verbally - played nice.

BUT....

It's great to see that Liberals 100% fully agree and support with President Reagan calling the Soviet Union an "Evil Empire" and telling Mr Gorbachev, FORCEFULLY to 'tear down this wall'.

Didn't seem like it back then,

But then again, today the Libs just love the Capitalism and Nuclear Arsenal that is allowing them to play tough with Putin.

Who knows, in addition to being the party of the corporate rich, Dems might just be the party of Big Defense and War now.
