You think Peltz is doing this for spite?

I think it is a contributing factor, yes. He doesn't have relevant experience or expertise to offer the Disney board that they don't already have, so it must be primarily about ego. Or it might be more about Perlmutter's motivation, which seems pretty clearly based on spite.
