Chevron to buy Hess Corp for $53 billion in all-stock deal

Very interesting both this and the recent Exxon/Pioneer deal. Ongoing Supply/demand must make these deals appealing to the big fish. All stock deal-I hope CVX/we are getting as much as we giving. Wonder if OXY will also receive a bid in the near future?
