Details sketchy but the man is confirmed dead.
Try to shoot a federal LEO and you forcibly resist, well, this is what you should expect.

There’s no evidence at all that he attempted to shoot anyone. He had a concealed carry license, was a registered nurse and was rendering aid to a woman when ICE attacked him.
Apparently, people are only heroes with guns when they train their long guns on federal agents at the Bundy Ranch.

Yah, I watched videos and then went over to CCW (concealed carry) on Reddit. They like to get videos, slow em down and look at what happens in detail. None of them think it is a good shooting, some mention murder, others are still tr3ying to piece together what happened, but it doesn't look good at all.
The victim had a carry permit but they had disarmed him before they shot him. You can read it here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/CCW/comments/1qlv9o1/a_be...Once again, the initial shooter drew his weapon when there was no reason for him to draw his weapon. It's too early for me to have a take, but from what I've read, I feel cold. Another innocent person murdered.
It almost looks like the first shot was a negligent discharge. No way was that first shot on target. Went off as soon as he unholstered his gun and it looks like he flinches when it goes off.

Grey coat & hat guy took the gun off the victim and shouted “gun gun gun” as he stepped back and away, the other guy heard it, had no fucking idea what was going on and pulled his gun and fired the first shots.

You can see the agent draw his gun, then fire into the guys back, possibly head. Then spin off to get behind the line of fire of the other agents.

That’s what I see. I can find any high res video yet, but I’ve slowed it down, zoomed and pulled as much details out of the shadows as possible.

I thought I was the only one who seen that. He had absolutely no reason to unholster sidearm at all. There were already 2-3 agents on him already. They didn’t need a 3rd not 4th the man was out strength and partially confused and disoriented by the pepper spray. Not resisting by any means or argumentative or combative. That Agent wanted to do that.

bullshit, That one guy unholsters his weapon and shoots once, then 3 more directly into him, as the guy is falling forward same guy shoots him as he falls, sounds like one or two of the other guys shoot as he hits the ground.
There is nothing accidental looking about it at all. He was priming himself in the few seconds prior to shooting the guy.

Other angles show it was actually grey coat who fires the first shot. He reached into the victim's waistband and steals a pistol and turns to run off with it - a P320. Fingers on the trigger he NDs and limpwrists it into the ground (still frames show the gun cycling) which was the initial shot followed by a pause and other agents then opening fire.
Removed his CCW like 3 full seconds before they shot him

Exactly. The other angle (in slow mo) clearly shows an agent remove the victim's (legally) concealed gun from the holster before they shoot him. He was not threatening anyone with a gun, but that's what DHS wants everyone to think. They executed an American (after pistol whipping him repeatedly) on an American street and now wanna blame it on concealed carry. I really hope that the firearms community is gonna be on the right side of this one.
