Noelle Dunphy, a former employee of Rudy Giuliani is suing him under the New York Adult Survivor's act for rape. According to the lawsuit, he forced her to give him oral sex during phone calls with important people and told her he was
selling pardons for $2 million each, splitting the fee equally with president Trump.
He told Ms. Dunphy that she could refer individuals seeking pardons to him, so long as they did not go through 'the normal channels' of the Office of the Pardon Attorney, because correspondence going to that office would be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. In her court filing, she says she has recordings and emails.

Yeah, this sounds credible.
Can't wait until rando start suing leftists in red areas for fun and profit, knowing that juries in THOSE areas will make the libs pay up (which is all this is).

Right. Like the lawsuit brought by former president Trump against Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, and Rep. Adam Schiff, in which the judge said Trump "was seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum" when he dismissed the lawsuit?
I swear, it's like you guys don't own mirrors.

O.
Ell.
You might want to pick a different example, in light of the Durham report.
If Trump is smart he sues them all in Florida. Wonder what kind of jury he'd get down there?

First, as usual you missed the point, which was that Trump was already bringing forward ludicrous lawsuits (long prior to this lawsuit against Giuliani).
Second, Trump's a moron. Everyone of his top advisors said he is a flaming idiot. Barr just said he was incompetent and should never be president.
Jury? His garbage lawsuits will never see the inside of a courtroom to reach a jury. Judges have repeatedly roasted him for the insanity of his arguments.

First, as usual you're 100% correct. Thanks.

One of the biggest items of disrespect I have for Trump = he didn't sell you people out nearly as much as other ruling class folks have done.
The Classified Docs - I still wonder why oh why isn't SAUDI, and RUSSIAN intelligence having late night study groups over those papers - while Trump gets a huge payout and asylum abroad.
Idiot!

Pardons are a bizarre thing. Our judicial system tries and convicts someone, and then a single person (usually governor or POTUS) can decide "nope" on a whim.
I don't think that should be allowed at any level of government.
