a loyal vassal of Trump if he placed her in the presidency of Venezuela.

You don't know her, you've never talked to her, and your objective with these strange posts isn't to try to understand people who are not you, nor to ever question your own foundational biases and assumptions.

If someone else, a complete stranger to you, does something that the internet has told you is "bad," you automatically assign 100% evil to that person.
In this case, it's Machado giving her Nobel medallion to Trump.
I look at it a bit more reasonably than you do.
First of all, the medallion is her personal property. It was a gift to her from the Nobel Committee. As far as I am aware, while she can't re-gift the PRIZE "itself," the physical object is hers to do with as she wants.
Second, she got lots of free publicity. She's an advocate. That's a smart move. She turned what was basically a symbolic and economically worthless medallion into millions of dollars of free publicity for her agenda.

All your contentions in your post about this are plausible. I'm not sure I totally agree with your conclusions, but they are definitely plausible interpretations of what is going on.
I do want you to keep in mind, however, that the Left (i.e. you and your comrades) do not believe in national borders.
Now I know you personally diverge from the absolute lunatics who are running the Dem party nowadays, but most of your comrades do NOT believe borders are necessary or that they mean anything nor should they be enforced.
Under the principles of "no borders" espoused by most on your side, I can't see why you would think Trump is doing anything out of line.
"No borders" means he can do whatever he wants with respect to Venezuela.
And he's doing it.
The problem is that the core of the Left is basically emotional infantile people with psychological problems, expressed as political angst, and they are being manipulated and taken advantage of Dem leaders for power and money.
