A long long time ago I heard something that was supposed to be funny...

"The next country to get the atom bomb will be Howard Hughes".

Maybe that needs to be updated to Elon Musk. He's richer, and right in the seat of power. He'll offer to safeguard those nukes for us. (only half-kidding)
